Write an exercise program to be done either at home or in a facility. The program will be written for yourself listing your actual abilities, conditions, and limitations. The program will be for six weeks and should include any and all assumptions. For example if you were to say that due to your work and school schedule you could only make it to the gym three days per week then your program would reflect that you would meet all the conditions and requirements for the workout , that you would address all the components of your fitness (muscular strength muscular endurance flexibility cardiorespiratory endurance and body composition) required.
